More: La Salle at Washington - Women's Soccer

Get To Know: Kennedy Smith

Kennedy Smith has blossomed into a starter this year, serving an important role in Washington's cadre of forwards. Smith has started ten of Washington's 13 games so far.

Huskies At Home For Deaf Culture Night

Back at home, the Washington Huskies will look to pick up another Pac-12 win this week, facing off with 10 UCLA on Deaf Culture Night this Friday, October 12 at 6:00 pm. This will be the sixth home game of the year for the Huskies, who have lost just once this year in Seattle.

Huskies Nipped By Buffs 2-1 In Double Overtime

A deluge of second-half shots helped the Huskies to overtime today, but it was still a 2-1 loss for Washington against the Colorado Buffaloes. Colorado scored early in the second overtime period off a corner, taking the win. Kaylene Pang, who played the entire game at central defense, scored the Huskies' only goal, her first career goal.

Pace Of Play Dominance No Solace In 2-0 Loss

Bad bounces doomed the Huskies Thursday as Washington fell 2-0 to the Utah Utes on the road. Washington controlled the run of play throughout, firing 18 shots while allowing just four, but an unfortunate bounce on the wet field early in the game was enough to give Utah the win. The Huskies fall to 7-4-1 on the season after tonight.
