No. 3 UCLA softball defeated No. 15 Georgia 8-3 at the St. Pete Clearwater Elite Invitational Saturday afternoon. Pitcher Megan Faraimo tossed a complete game for the Bruins, allowing two earned runs on six hits while striking out six. After hitting a home run Friday in her first appearance for UCLA, Jenavee Peres went yard again Saturday with a three-run shot in the bottom of the second inning; Briana Perez also drove in a pair of runs in the win.
