The University of Washington Men's golf team clinched the team win at the Husky Invitational after play was cancelled following a weather delay due to a heavy rainstorm.
The University of Washington men's golf team began their 2019-20 campaign at their own Husky Invitational with 36 holes posting a 22-under 554 (274-280) on Monday. The Huskies lead the pack heading into the final round, which begins Tuesday morning at the Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton, Washington.
SEATTLE – The University of Washington men's golf team hosts the 2019 Husky Invitational in Bremerton, Wash., this week as it welcomes 15 squads to one of its home courses, Gold Mountain Golf Course on Monday-Tuesday, Sept 16-17. The two-day 54-hole event will feature 36 holes in continuous rounds on Monday with the final 18 coming on Tuesday on the par-72, 7,159-yard course.

NORMAN, Okla. – University of Washington men's golf head coach Alan Murray will lead the International Team and Ireland for the 2020 Arnold Palmer Cup, the organization announced on Wednesday. Virginia's Ria Quiazon Scott will lead the women's side of the international team while Alan Bratton (Oklahoma State) and Dan Brooks (Duke) will coach the United States men's and women's squads. The 2020 Arnold Palmer Cup will take place July 3-5, 2020, at Lahinch Golf Club, one of the World's premier courses and the site of the 2019 Irish Open.
