Washington finishes strong against Utah State to pull out a 78-61 win over the Aggies on Friday in Columbus, Ohio. In the Huskies' first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2011, the victory marks the Huskies' sixth straight opening round win. Four Huskies scored in double figures, led by Noah Dickerson's game-high 20 points. Dickerson also had 12 rebounds for his eighth double-double this season. Matisse Thybulle tied the UW NCAA Tournament record with five steals and added 10 points, three blocks and two assists to boost UW to a 2-0 all-time record versus Utah State in the NCAA Tournament.
