2019 Pac-12 Men's Basketball Awards: Washington's Jaylen Nowell is named Player of the Year

Washington's Jaylen Nowell becomes the first Husky since 2006 to be named Men's Basketball Player of the Year. Nowell is just the sixth sophomore to earn the honor after become one of two players in the conference to average at least 15 points per game, three assists and five rebounds. During the regular season, Nowell shot 50.4% in field goals, 42.7% on 3-pointers and was the only player in the Pac-12 to shoot above 50% in field and 40% in 3-pointers.
