California's Milan Clausi garners Pac-12 Women's Gymnastics Freshman of the Week on Tuesday, March 5. Clausi won the vault crown and finished in the top 3 in all three of her events to lead Cal to its season-best 196.975 win at the Sacramento State tri-meet. Clausi scored a 9.875 on vault with her difficult Yurchenko 1.5, securing the event crown, and helped the Golden Bears to its second-highest floor total of the season with her 9.875. The Bears' 196.975 was their best score in 2019 and their fifth-highest total in school history.
