After a back-and-forth first half which saw six ties and three lead changes, Stanford took control late for a 78-66 win over Washington State Saturday at Beasley Coliseum. The Cardinal, led by five double-figure scorers, snapped a six-game road losing streak while handing the Cougars their second home loss of the season. WSU was led by CJ Elleby's 18 points and nine boards.
