Payton Pritchard led the Ducks with 19 points, six assists and three rebounds, as Will Richardson and Chris Duarte added 17 and 16 points, respectively. Armando Bacot led UNC with a double-double, scoring 23 points and racking up 12 rebounds. The Ducks trailed by five points at halftime, but out-scored the Tar Heels 33-32 in the second half to narrow the gap.
