No. 8 UCLA avoided an upset with a come-from-behind overtime 83-74 win over No. 15 Oregon State Monday night in Westwood. Charisma Osborne and Japreece Dean led the Bruins with 22 points each, a career-high for Osborne, as they combined to hit seven three-pointers. Destiny Slocum and Mikayla Pivec each had 19 points for the Beavers, with Slocum going 3-for-4 from beyond the arc. UCLA trailed by as many as 14 points – its largest deficit overcome to win a game this season, bolstered by a 27-point third quarter after scoring 26 points in the first half. Oregon State had a season-high 24 turnovers and is now 0-2 in overtime contests this season.
