Oregon's Tyler Dorsey scored a team-high 24 points as the Ducks roll to a 93-77 win over Iona Friday afternoon during the first round of the NCAA Tournament in Sacramento, California. Oregon will now play the winner of Creighton-Rhode Island on Sunday.
