The Washington Huskies stay alive after defeating Minnesota 5-3 on Saturday afternoon in Oklahoma City. Sami Reynolds helped lead it off for the Huskies with a monster solo home run and a second run in the top of the first. After an RBI single from Sis Bates in the fourth and a two RBI double from Reynolds in the sixth, the Gophers and the Huskies were forced to break for a three-hour weather delay. On the day, Pitcher Gabbie Plain finished with 10 strikeouts and was replaced by Taran Alvelo, who got the final out in the seventh.
