Former associate head coach Chris Waller talks his promotion to head coach and his deep connection to the UCLA program as he steps in to replace legendary coach Valorie Kondos Field. Kondos Field had been at the helm of the program for the past 29 years with Waller assisting for over 17 of those years. During his time at UCLA, Waller has helped lead the Bruins to four national championships.
