Gabe Segal's goal in the 42nd minute proved to be the winner, while Cardinal goalkeeper Andrew Thomas notched five saves and his eighth clean sheet of the season. Washington can still win the Pac-12 championship with by matching or beating Stanford's result Thursday against Cal with its own result Friday against Oregon State.
