USC beach volleyball's Tina Graudina is the 2021-22 female Tom Hansen Medal winner. She is pursuing a graduate degree in communication management after earning an undergraduate degree in political science. Graudina was a member of the 2021 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll and a 2019 Pac-12 Second Team All-Academic for beach volleyball. She was a member of two NCAA championship (2021, 2022) and Pac-12 championship (2019, 2022) teams and was part of the 2022 AVCA National Pair of the Year, a Four-time AVCA First Team All-American and Top Flight Pair. Gaudina was a three-time Pac-12 Player and Pair of the Year, four-time First Team All-Pac-12 performer, and the 2018 Pac-12 Freshman of the Year. She's also a 2020 Olympian, finishing fourth for Latvia. She helped with Ukraine relief efforts with a campaign with her Latvian Beach Volleyball National Team and earned the Trojaneer Diamond Award at USC's Student-Athlete Graduation for bringing the most fame and distinction to the university.
