UCLA's Megan Faraimo is named Pac-12 Softball Freshman Player of the Week after striking out nine in a complete game in the Bruins' win over No. 19 Arizona State on Friday. Faraimo retired the first 11 batters of the game, striking out the side in the second and the fifth and two in the first inning to hold ASU to a just a single in the fourth inning and a double in the fifth.
