UCLA pitcher Ryan Garcia earns his third Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week honor this season behind a two-hit, complete game shutout against Utah on Friday night. The Bruins' 5-0 victory was the first complete game shutout by a Bruin since Griffin Canning in 2017. In the effort, Garcia struck out a career-high 14 batters, the most by a Pac-12 pitcher this season and most by a UCLA pitcher since 2011. He also lowered his league-best ERA to 1.10, a mark good enough for fourth lowest in the country.
