USC men's basketball's Nick Rakocevic earned Pac-12 Player of the Week honors after averaging a double-double with 25.5 points and 13.5 rebounds in USC's wins over Nevada and South Dakota State. Against South Dakota State, Rakocevic matched his career-high with 27 points and added a career-best five steals. This is the third career weekly award for Rakocevic, which is tied for the third-most by a Trojan, trailing only Harold Miner (seven) and Wayne Carlander (four). USC is 4-0 on the young season.
