Dawgs Open 2018-19 Season at Nittany Lion Invitational

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The University of Washington women's golf team opens its 2018-19 fall campaign this weekend at the Nittany Lion Fall Classic hosted by Penn State University. The two-day event, will be played at the Penn State Blue Course, which will be set at par-72 and 6,322 yards.

Duan Makes the Cut on Day Two of the U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship

KINGSTON SPRINGS, Tenn. – Incoming women's golf Husky Alice Duan may not have matched her day one score at the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship but she carded a 2-over 74 for a two-day stroke play total of 1-under 141 (68-73). She tied for 33rd which easily advanced her to the match play portion of the event, the Round of 64, which begins on Wednesday.

KINGSTON SPRINGS, Tenn. -- Incoming University of Washington transfer Alice Duan started off the 2018 U.S. Women's Amateur with a stellar round, carding a 3-under 68 to tie for ninth following the tournament's first 18 holes of stroke play on Monday. The event, which runs from Aug. 6-12, is taking place at the Golf Club of Tennessee in Kingston Springs.
