LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Washington put together their best round of the Cardinal Cup on Sunday en route to finishing fourth overall with an 18-over 882 (295-295-292). The Dawgs posted 13 birdies for the second-straight round and had three student-athletes finish in the top 25.

The final 18 holes of the three-day tournament at the University of Louisville Golf Club begins Sunday morning at 6 a.m. PT.

The Dawgs are just three strokes off the team lead, held by Campbell (+4). Senior Alice Duan had Washington's best round on Friday as she is tied for seventh at even-par 72.
The Washington women's golf team hits the road to continue its fall slate this week as they will head to Kentucky to take part in the Cardinal Cup, hosted by the University of Louisville. The three-day, 54-hole tournament will be competed at the par-72, 6,261 yard University of Louisville Golf Club, Oct. 18-20 with 18 holes on each day. This is the first time Washington has competed in the Cardinal Cup.
SAMMAMISH, Wash. – The University of Washington Women's Golf team finished fifth at the Edean Ihlanfeldt Invitational on Wednesday. The Huskies posted a 46-over 622 (304-318) at the Sahalee Country Club, in what was supposed to be a 54-hole event that was shortened to 36 due to weather issues on the course on Tuesday.
