SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 announced its 16th weekly honors of the 2022-23 men's basketball season as presented by Nextiva and voted on by media who cover the league.
Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week, presented by Nextiva (2/27/23)
Desmond Cambridge Jr., ARIZONA STATE
5th, G, Nashville, Tenn.
- Swished 55-foot three pointer as time expired to lift Arizona State to stunning 89-88 victory at then-No. 7 Arizona.
- Buzzer heroics were part of 19-point, four-rebound, four-assist effort against the rival Wildcats.
- Scored nine of his 19 points - on a trio of threes - inside the final five minutes as the Sun Devils erased an 80-72 deficit.
- Helped ASU to first top-10 road win since knocking off No. 2 Kansas in 2017, and first win in Tucson as an unranked team in 30 tries (1-29).
- League-leading third Pac-12 Player of the Week honor of season (11/21/22, 1/16/23).

- League-leading fourth Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honor of season (11/28/22, 12/5/22, 2/13/23).
- Averaged 9.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in helping UCLA sweep through the Mountains and secure its first outright Pac-12 regular-season title since 2012-13.
- Totaled 11 points, three rebounds and a steal in 60-56 comeback victory at Colorado, punctuating the victory and title clinch with a transition dunk and pair of free throws inside the final 20 seconds.
