SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 announced its 17th and final weekly honors of the 2022-23 men's basketball season as presented by Nextiva and voted on by media who cover the league.
Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week, presented by Nextiva (3/6/23)
Jaime Jaquez Jr., Sr., UCLA
Sr., G/F, Camarillo, Calif.
- Averaged 24.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals as UCLA completed a perfect season at Pauley Pavilion with a sweep of the Arizona schools.
- Opened week with 26 points and seven rebounds in 79-61 victory over Arizona State.
- Recorded his seventh double-double of the season with 22 points and 10 rebounds while adding three assists and two steals in 82-73 win over No. 8 Arizona.
- Matched league-high with third Pac-12 Player of the Week honor of season (12/19/22, 2/13/23).
- Fourth career Pac-12 Player of the Week honor, tied for the fourth-most in UCLA history (Don MacLean 6, Reggie Miller 5, Ed O'Bannon 5, Kenny Fields 4).

- Averaged 14.0 points on 75 percent shooting (9-12) and scored in double figures in back-to-back games for first time this season with split through Los Angeles.
- Made 4-of-5 shots en route to 14 points along with two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 87-81 victory at USC.
- Hit a season-high four 3-pointers as part of 5-of-7 shooting from the field for 14 points at No. 4 UCLA.
- First Arizona recipient since Ąžuolas Tubelis in March 2021.
