Soccer Set For Final 2009 Spring Events

BOULDER - The University of Colorado women's soccer team will play host to a Spring Soccer Round Robin this Saturday, April 11 starting at 10 a.m. before traveling to Northern California next weekend to wrap up spring play.

 

The Buffs welcome Air Force, Denver and Wyoming for a trio of games as part of the round robin here Saturday.  The schedule is as follows:

 

10 a.m. COLORADO vs. Air Force

            Denver vs. Wyoming

11 a.m. COLORADO vs. Wyoming

            Denver vs. Air Force

12 p.m. COLORADO vs. Denver

            Wyoming vs. Air Force

 

The round robin will be held at Prentup Field in Boulder.  As always, admission and parking are free.  Come support your Buffs in their final local spring event of the year!

 

Colorado will wrap up its spring season on Saturday, April 18 when the Buffs head to Palo Alto, Calif. for the fourth annual KICKS Against Breast Cancer tournament hosted by Stanford University.  This event will provide a weekend of college soccer and philanthropy, gathering some of the best college soccer programs in the country.  In an effort to support the Buffs and their commitment to making a difference on and off the field, please visit http://www.active.com/donate/Kicksbc/Colorado and help with CU's challenge to raise $1000 to help in the fight against breast cancer.
