Bears Wrap Up U.S. Diving Nationals

IOWA CITY, Iowa – California senior Kahley Rowell finished 12th in the platform final as three Golden Bears competed at the AT&T National Diving Championships at the University of Iowa Campus Recreation and Wellness Center. The two-time All-American posted a score of 200.00 in the Aug. 17 final of the 10-meter tower.

Sophomore Anne Kastler also competed, posting a score of 202.15 in the three-meter springboard preliminary round/quarterfinals on Aug. 15, but she did not advance to the semifinals. Incoming freshman Hayden Tavoda and her partner received a score of 217.23 in the Aug. 16 qualifying round but did not reach the final.
