WALNUT CREEK, Calif.—The Pac-12 Conference was well-represented on the college football All-America squads, led by STANFORD senior OL David Yankey who was a unanimous selection.

It marks the seventh consecutive season that the Pac-12 has had a unanimous selection. Yankey, who led a Cardinal offensive unit that ranked fourth nationally for fewest tackles for loss allowed/game (3.69) and 16th nationally for fewest sacks allowed/game (1.15), is the eighth unanimous All-America selection in Stanford history.

Five other Pac-12 football players were consensus selections, including ARIZONA junior RB Ka’Deem Carey OREGON STATE junior WR Brandin Cooks, UCLA senior LB Anthony Barr, STANFORD senior LB Trent Murphy and STANFORD junior KR Ty Montgomery

In addition, ARIZONA STATE senior DL Will Sutton and WASHINGTON STATE senior DB Deone Bucannon were Associated Press All-America selections.

To earn consensus honors, one must be selected first team on at least three of the five All-America teams and be listed on the most first-team All-America teams relative to other players at that position. For positions with more than one player represented on the first team, a corresponding number of players may earn a consensus billing. The organizations used in the consensus chart - American Football Coaches Association, Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, The Sporting News, and Walter Camp Football Foundation.
