For Pac-12 swimming fans, last week's Pac-12 Championships in Federal Way, Washington was a feast. Four days of action included new records, several surprises, and a neck-and-neck team competition between Cal and Stanford.

Now it's time for dessert.

An hour and a half of the best action from Federal Way will air tonight at 9 p.m. PT on all seven Pac-12 Networks.
