Video: Oregon State alum Steven Jackson with advice for current Beavers

Current Atlanta Falcons running back Steven Jackson knows a thing or two about running the rock at the highest level. He's run for over 1,000 yards in the NFL eight times and has been selected to three Pro Bowls. So on Saturday when Jackson returned to Oregon State to broadcast the spring game for Pac-12 Networks, he provided some sage advice on how to become a quality athlete at the next level.

Currently, Jackson is the only Beaver to have been selected in the first round of the NFL draft, going to the St. Louis Rams back in 2004. A new member could join OSU's exclusive first-round club if wide receiver Brandin Cooks follows the path of certain mock drafts.
