Spotlight: Jerry Neuheisel

Oct 1, 2014

Reserve quarterback Jerry Neuheisel was thrust into the national spotlight after leading the UCLA football team to a come-from-behind victory over Texas at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, appropriately nicknamed Jerry World.

The football world learned quickly that Neuheisel, the son of former UCLA quarterback and coach Rick Neuheisel, is a skilled and talented quarterback who accepts and excels in either role – as the leader and as the backup. Jerry has another side to him, though. While football pumps through his veins, Neuheisel is a charismatic and thoughtful student-athlete with clear expectations for the future.

In this week’s “Spotlight” learn more about Jerry Neuheisel and how his character is revealed on and off the field.
