Roundup: Pete Carroll says he's not returning to USC

With rumors swirling around, Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll says he won’t return to USC as head coach of the Trojans’ football team. It has been said that Carroll is on USC's short list of potential candidates.

UCLA cornerback Ishmael Adams has been charged with misdemeanor battery for a dust-up he had with an Uber driver in August. According to the Associated Press report, the charge does not include theft.

The Pac-12 announced Tuesday the addition of the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT) to the Pac-12 Council, making the Pac-12 the first major conference to integrate student-athletes into the conference’s voting governance structure.
