Buffs To Host Toy Drive For Saturday's Hoops Doubleheader

BOULDER -The Colorado Buffaloes will host a Toy Drive Saturday during the men's and women's basketball double header at the Coors Events Center.  

Fans are encouraged to donate an unwrapped new or gently used children's toy, game, book or puzzle and bins will be located at all entrances to the Events Center.  All items will go to Share-A-Gift in Boulder, a volunteer project that provides gifts for children of low-incoming families in Boulder Valley School District. 

Fans who donate will receive a voucher to purchase a discounted ticket to the women's game against Washington State (Jan. 2) or the men's game against Oregon State (Jan. 13).  

Saturday's action tips off at 3:30 p.m. with the women's game against Presbyterian and concludes at 7 p.m. with the men's game against Hampton.  This is the last opportunity to see both teams in action this year.  

Tickets are sitll available for both games.  If you have tickets to the women's game, your welcome to stay at Chip's Corral in the upper gym of the practice facility and then site in general admission for the men's game. 

The men's team also plays Friday night at 7 p.m. against Nicholls State.
