Oregon

Oregon wide receiver Devon Allen advanced to the semifinals of the 110-meter hurdles Monday night in Rio, tying for first in his heat with a time of 13.41 seconds.

USC

USC alum Allyson Felix won a silver medal in the women’s 400m finals, as a diving Shaunae Miller of the Bahamas crossed the finish line seven-hundredths of a second ahead of Felix. Our very own Alex Espinoza has more.

California

Cal is a huge reason why USA swimming had so much success in Rio, and former Golden Bears Nathan Adrian and Ryan Murphy talked about the United States’ success in the pool in this video.

Arizona State

Brazilian native and Sun Devil alum Miriam Nagl will tee off first Wednesday in the first women's Olympic golf action since 1900. And for your gridiron fix, check out the latest Arizona State football Pick Six Podcast featuring your host Doug Haller.

Oregon State

Former Oregon State men’s basketball coach Craig Robinson took a front-office job with the Milwaukee Bucks, Danny Moran notes. His official title is vice president of player and organizational development for the Buckaroos.

Colorado

In this Pac-12 Networks video recapping training camp notes for Colorado, Mike Yam, Curtis Conway and Anthony Herron tell us that the Buffs are hoping to return to a bowl game in 2016. There has definitely been a talent upgrade under Mike MacIntyre’s watch, according to our hosts.

Stanford

Todd McMahon of the Associated Press features Green Bay Packers wide receiver Ty Montgomery, the Stanford alum who is trying to earn a roster spot after missing much of his rookie season last year with an ankle injury.

Utah

CBS Sports named Utah kicker Andy Phillips a first-team preseason All-American, and fellow Ute Lowell Lotulelei nabbed himself a second-team nod. Plenty of other Pac-12ers on the All-American teams, including Christian McCaffrey, Zach Banner and JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Washington State

Thanks to Luke Falk, Kyle Bonagura has Washington State No. 1 in his Pac-12 quarterback rankings. UCLA and Cal round out the top three.

Washington

Ted Miller discusses the comparisons between Washington quarterback Jake Browning and Kellen Moore, the record-setting quarterback who played for Chris Petersen at Boise State.

Arizona

Michael Lev of the Arizona Daily Star features Arizona safeties coach Jahmile Addae, who played for Rich Rodriguez at West Virginia. Addae collapsed during training camp with the Indianapolis Colts in 2006, which effectively ended his playing career and turned him to coaching.

UCLA

We definitely do not endorse gambling here at Pac-12 and Pac-12 Networks, but you might find it interesting that Bovada has Russell Westbrook as the odds-on favorite to be the NBA MVP next season.
