The Game
- Oregon State takes its first road trip of the season Saturday when the Beavers visit Washington in Seattle. Kickoff is slated for 8 p.m. PT.
- The game will be televised on FS1. Alex Faust and Petros Papadakis will call the game.
- Washington leads the all-time series, 66-34-4, and has the advantage in games played in Seattle, 37-19-2.

Oregon State Notes 
- Jonathan Smith returns to Seattle for his second game at Husky Stadium as Oregon State's head coach. He served as Washington's offensive coordinator from 2014-17.
- Saturday's game marks the latest local start for an Oregon State game since the Beavers visited UNLV on Sept. 12, 2009, also an 8 p.m. kick. It's the latest to start on the West Coast since the 9 p.m. PT kickoff at Hawai'i last season (6 p.m. local).
- Oregon State and Washington have made it a habit to play in the month of November. The teams are meeting in November for the third consecutive season and 12th time since 2001.
-  Three Beavers made their first career starts in the game versus Washington State (Joshua Gray, Jake Levengood and Alex Austin). Overall, eight players made their Oregon State debuts.

Against Washington
- Washington is making its season debut Saturday. The Huskies' scheduled season opener against California was not played due to Covid-19.
- Oregon State and Washington have met every season since 1991. Saturday's game will be the 105th all-time matchup in the series.
- The Huskies have won eight straight. Prior to that stretch, however, the Beavers had won seven of eight, including a six-game streak from 2004-09.
- Oregon State head coach Jonathan Smith was the offensive coordinator at Washington from 2014-17.
- Smith is Oregon State's single-game record holder for passing yards versus the Huskies with 469 in 1998.
- Head football strength and conditioning coach Mike McDonald served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Washington from 2014-17.
- One of Jermar Jefferson's 11 100-yard rushing efforts came against the Huskies when the running back was a freshman in 2018. He ran for 115 yards in Seattle.

More Yardage For Jefferson
- Jermar Jefferson had another big game versus Washington State last week, rushing for 120 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries.
- The junior now has three 100-yard efforts in three career games versus the Cougars. He's rushed for 390 total yards vs. WSU, on 67 carries. That's an average of 5.8 yards per carry.
- Jefferson has found the end zone 11 times versus Washington State - nine times on the ground and twice through the air.
- The 120 yards pushed the Harbor City, Calif., native to 2,185 for his career, which now ranks ninth all-time at Oregon State. He is 31 yards shy of tying Ryan Nall for eighth.
- The 2,185 rush yards are second-most in the Pac-12 among active players, trailing only Oregon's CJ Verdell, who has 2,343.
- Jefferson's three scores against Washington State gave him 23 career rushing touchdowns, putting him into a tie for eighth at Oregon State. He is tied with Sam Baker.
- Jefferson also has 11 career 100-yard efforts, one shy of tying Dave Schilling for sixth.

Gebbia's Start
- Quarterback Tristan Gebbia made his second career start in last week's game against Washington State. The redshirt junior threw for 329 yards, tying him with Sean Canfield (2009 at USC) for the 51st-most in a game by an OSU quarterback.
- Gebbia threw for just 13 yards in the first quarter and 90 in the first half. In the second half, he went on to complete 24 passes in 31 attempts for 239 yards.
- In two career starts for the Beavers, Gebbia has completed 60 passes in 88 attempts (68.1 percent) for 572 yards and two touchdowns while being intercepted once.

First-Time Starters
- Oregon State saw three first-time starters in the game versus Washington State: Joshua Gray, Jake Levengood and Alex Austin.
- Overall, Oregon State has 37 players who have made at least one start.
- Isaac Hodgins has the longest active start streak at 22 games, followed by Hamilcar Rashed Jr. at 12.
