The Game
- Oregon State takes its first road trip of the season Saturday when the Beavers visit Washington in Seattle. Kickoff is slated for 8 p.m. PT.

Oregon State Notes
- Jonathan Smith returns to Seattle for his second game at Husky Stadium as Oregon State's head coach. He served as Washington's offensive coordinator from 2014-17.
- Saturday's game marks the latest local start for an Oregon State game since the Beavers visited UNLV on Sept. 12, 2009, also an 8 p.m. kick. It's the latest to start on the West Coast since the 9 p.m. PT kickoff at Hawai'i last season (6 p.m. local).
- Oregon State and Washington have made it a habit to play in the month of November. The teams are meeting in November for the third consecutive season and 12th time since 2001.
- Three Beavers made their first career starts in the game versus Washington State (Joshua Gray, Jake Levengood and Alex Austin). Overall, eight players made their Oregon State debuts.
Against Washington
- Washington is making its season debut Saturday. The Huskies' scheduled season opener against California was not played due to Covid-19.
- Oregon State and Washington have met every season since 1991. Saturday's game will be the 105th all-time matchup in the series.
- The Huskies have won eight straight. Prior to that stretch, however, the Beavers had won seven of eight, including a six-game streak from 2004-09.
- Oregon State head coach Jonathan Smith was the offensive coordinator at Washington from 2014-17.
- Smith is Oregon State's single-game record holder for passing yards versus the Huskies with 469 in 1998.
- Head football strength and conditioning coach Mike McDonald served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Washington from 2014-17.

Gebbia's Start
- Quarterback Tristan Gebbia made his second career start in last week's game against Washington State. The redshirt junior threw for 329 yards, tying him with Sean Canfield (2009 at USC) for the 51st-most in a game by an OSU quarterback.
- Gebbia threw for just 13 yards in the first quarter and 90 in the first half. In the second half, he went on to complete 24 passes in 31 attempts for 239 yards.
- In two career starts for the Beavers, Gebbia has completed 60 passes in 88 attempts (68.1 percent) for 572 yards and two touchdowns while being intercepted once.

- Oregon State saw three first-time starters in the game versus Washington State: Joshua Gray, Jake Levengood and Alex Austin.
