USC Athletes Earn 17 Indoor Track & Field All-America Honors

The USC track and field program had its athletes earn 17 All-America honors, including 12 first-team selections, after the women's team placed fourth and the men's team 11th at the 2021 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships held in Arkansas on March 13.  The women's team entered the NCAA Indoor Championships ranked No. 7 and the men's team No. 13.

Among the highlights for USC during the NCAA Indoor Championships held March 11-13 in Fayetteville, Arkansas were Kaelin Roberts winning her second indoor 400m title, TeeTee Terry placing second in the 60m and fourth in the 200m to lead the Trojans with 13 points scored, McKay Johnson placing second in the men's shot put , Earnest Sears III taking second in the men's high jump and the women's 4x400m relay taking second with the fourth-fastest time in school history.

Trojans earning All-America designations were:

Women - Jan'Taijah Ford (First Team - 4x400m), Jasmine Jones (Honorable Mention - 60m H), Bailey Lear (Second Team - 400m, First-Team - 4x400m), Mecca McGlaston (First Team - 60m H), Kaelin Roberts (First Team - 400m, First Team - 4x400m), Morgan Smalls (First Team - HJ, Second Team - LJ), TeeTee Terry (First Team - 60m, First Team - 200m), Nicole Yeargin (Second Team - 400m, First Team - 4x400m), 

Men - McKay Johnson (First Team - SP), Earnest Sears III (First Team - HJ), Zach Shinnick (Second Team - 200m), Brendon Stewart (First Team - 60m)
