Limited Number Of Fans Can Attend Saturday Football Practice

Apr 15, 2021

For the first time since November 2019, a very limited number of fans will have the chance to watch the Oregon football team in action inside Autzen Stadium on Saturday.

The Ducks, who are two-time defending Pac-12 Champions, will mark the midpoint of spring drills with an open practice Saturday. The workout is scheduled to begin around 10:30 a.m. and conclude no later than 1 p.m.

Fans in attendance will be asked to abide by protocols in line with guidance from the Oregon Health Authority and Lane County Public Health to stop the spread of COVID-19. The county is in danger of moving from a "low risk" designation to "high risk" based on recent metrics, and fans in attendance Saturday can help allow for future chances to watch the Ducks in person by taking appropriate precautions.

In order to maintain the strict limit of fans in attendance and ensure proper physical distancing and other protocols in the stadium, the practice will be a reserved ticketed event.

There are very limited quantities of tickets available for Saturday's practice based on public health parameters, which can be claimed by clicking here and will be accessible via the Oregon GameDay app. Tickets will be issued in pods of four or less and seated at least 6 feet apart.

The stadium's South Ticket Gate will open at 10 a.m. Guests will be screened verbally for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entry, and accurate personal information during the ticketing process will aid in potential contact-tracing needs.

Fans are highly encouraged to park on campus and walk to the stadium, due to current priority of the Lane County vaccination clinic operating in the Autzen East Parking Lot.

Limited space in the East Parking Lot at Autzen will open at 9:30 a.m. only via Entry 5 off Leo Harris Pkwy., and tailgating will not be permitted in Autzen Stadium parking lots.

A mask covering the nose and mouth will be required inside the stadium at all times unless actively eating or drinking. Concessions will not be available but fans can enter with sealed, non-alcoholic beverages that aren't in glass containers, and single-serve food items, while abiding by the stadium's clear-bag policy.

Fans are asked to remain at their assigned seats without gathering on the concourse, and no interaction will be permitted with student-athletes, coaches or staff while in Autzen Stadium.
