Spring Camp 2021: Camp Winding Down

TUCSON, Ariz. — Following Saturday's final scrimmage in Arizona Stadium, Coach Fisch and the Wildcats return to the Davis Sports Center and Dick Tomey Practice Field for the final week of spring practices. The offense and defense each had their moments to shine while University of Arizona President Dr. Robert Robbins, Director of Athletics Dave Heeke and men's basketball head coach Tommy Lloyd all stopped by to show their support. With the final practices coming later this week, eyes continued to look at the quarterback competition and how things might shake out there not only for Saturday's Spring Game but also looking ahead to the regular season in the fall.

When asked by the media following tonight's practice, quarterback Will Plummer estimated that the defense has been rushing five or more "more than 50% of the time" during spring practices.
