USC Women's Soccer Adds All-Pac-12 Arizona Transfer Jada Talley
LOS ANGELES – The USC women's soccer team picked up a big-time addition for the 2021 season with All-Pac-12 forward Jada Talley announcing she will transfer from Arizona to USC for her final season of eligibility.
Talley, a Southern California native, spent the last four seasons with the Wildcats, where she picked up All-Pac-12 recognition each of the last three campaigns and led Arizona to the NCAA Tournament three of the last four years.

Talley leaves Arizona after scoring 24 goals and posting 16 assists in Tucson, including a school-record 10 goals in 2019. After appearing in 18 games and making one start as a true freshman in 2017, Talley started all but one game for the Wildcats over her final three years. She was named to the All-Pac-12 third team as a sophomore in 2018 (7 goals, 1 assist), before earning All-Pac-12 first team and All-Region second team recognition following her record-setting 2019 season (10 goals, 8 assists). Talley was named to the All-Pac-12 second team this past spring after finishing sixth in the conference with 18 total points (6 goals, 6 assists). She was also a standout in the classroom, earning Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll recognition each of the last two years.
McAlpine on Talley: "Jada is a proven attacking threat. Whether it's scoring goals or providing assists, she has shown herself to be one of the best forwards in our conference. We were most impressed with her willingness to work for the team, both on the offensive and defensive ends, and that kind of work rate is a perfect fit for the hole that is left with Tara McKeown moving on to the professional level."
Talley on transferring to USC: "I'm very excited to finally be a Trojan. I am really looking forward to returning to California and getting to play in such a professional and supportive environment. I can't wait to compete for a National Championship in the Cardinal and Gold!"
