Trophies On The LIne
STANFORD, Calif. - For the 14th season in a row, Taube Family Tennis Stadium serves as the host site for the ITA Northwest Regional Championships from Oct. 22-26.
Stanford has produced the tournament singles champion in nine of the last 10 years: Michaela Gordon (2019, 2018, 2017), Taylor Davidson (2015), Carol Zhao (2014), Kristie Ahn (2013, 2010), Hardebeck (2012) and Nicole Gibbs (2011). Stanford swept both the singles and doubles titles in 2019, the last time the tournament took place, for the second straight year. Michaela Gordon won her third singles title, while Emily Arbuthnott and Angelica Blake captured the doubles crown.
In addition to Stanford, the ITA's Northwest Region schools are comprised of the following: California, Cal Poly, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Oregon, Pacific, Portland, Portland State, Sacramento State, Saint Mary's, San Francisco, San Jose State, Santa Clara, Seattle and UC Davis.
