USC Men's Basketball Rises To No. 5 In AP Top 25 Poll, Highest Since 1974
LOS ANGELES — USC men's basketball moved up to No. 5 in this week's AP Top 25 poll, the Trojans' highest ranking since Dec. 30, 1974.
USC (13-0, 3-0 Pac-12) remains as one of two undefeated teams remaining in men's college basketball, joining No. 1 Baylor.
The Trojans are one of three Pac-12 teams ranked in the top 10 along with No. 3 UCLA and No. 6 Arizona.
USC returned from its COVID-19 pause last week with a 77-63 win at California last Thursday night. The Trojans play three games this week with a visit at Stanford on Tuesday (re-scheduled from Saturday) and host Oregon State on Thursday (closed attendance) and Oregon on Friday.
