USC's Celera Barnes Named Pac-12 Women's Track Athlete Of The Week

USC sprinter Celera Barnes was named the Pac-12 Women's Track Athlete of the Week for the week of March 21-27 in was announced by the Conference today (March 29).
Barnes, a graduate transfer from Kentucky, won the women's 100m dash at the Texas Relays on March 26 with a wind-aided time of 10.82 (+2.8w). That is the fifth-fastest any condition women's collegiate 100m dash of all-time. A day earlier, Barnes had the fastest qualifying time to the finals of 11.07 (+1.2), which is her wind-legal PR and ranks fourth on USC's all-time list.
Barnes currently has the fastest wind-legal and wind-aided 100m dash times in the world this season.
