Turner, Reynolds Earn All-America Honors in 400m

Eugene, Ore. – UCLA 400m runners Ismail Turner and Cameron Reynolds completed their 2022 season in the semifinals of the NCAA Championships, earning second-team All-America honors.

Turner placed fifth in heat two with a time of 45.71, while Reynolds placed just behind in sixth place with a time of 45.95. The Bruin pair finished in the Top 15 overall, with Turner recording the No. 11 time and Reynolds the No. 15 time. The sub-46 times were Turner's fifth and Reynolds' third of the season.

The Bruin juniors made their marks into UCLA's outdoor record book this season, moving into UCLA's all-time Top 10 with personal-best times of 45.06 and 45.07, respectively.

The UCLA women will take center stage on Thursday, with the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams competing in the semifinals, as well as Shae Anderson in the 400m.
