Viller Moeller, a rising junior, won the singles final, 6-3, 6-2, on June 26. She also teamed with Emma Haakansson to take second place in doubles. On June 25, she paired with former Texas player Christian Sigsgaard to win the mixed doubles title, with the duo taking the final, 6-1, 6-2.

"It felt really good winning my fourth singles national championship in Denmark!" Viller Moeller said. "It's always great to play matches in my home country during the summer against good opponents and friends.

"I played really well in this tournament in both singles, doubles and mixed doubles! It's fun to get a lot of matches. I got a really good partner in mixed doubles – Christian Sigsgaard, who helped Texas win the NCAA championship in 2019."

In the 2021-22 college season, Viller Moeller compiled records of 27-13 in singles and 11-7 in doubles and clinched three Cal victories, as the Golden Bears won the Pac-12 regular-season championship and reached the third round of the NCAA Championship. Viller Moeller also stood out in the classroom in her sophomore season, collecting the second ITA Scholar-Athlete honor of her career and claiming a spot on the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to returning to Berkeley, Viller Moeller will play in a couple of 15K tournaments in Denmark.

"Valentina (Ivanov), Jessica (Alsola) and Makenna (Thiel) will also come and play these tournaments, which is great!" she said. "I'm happy to be able to play tournaments with Cal teammates during the summer break."
