Dorian Singer Added to Biletnikoff Award Watch List

Oct 18, 2022

TUCSON, Ariz. – University of Arizona wide receiver Dorian Singer has been added to the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award as announced by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation today. This award honors the top receiver in the nation at any position.

Singer joins teammate Jacob Cowing, who was selected to the preseason Biletnikoff Award watch list prior to the start of the 2022 campaign, as the second Wildcat selected by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation to the Biletnikoff Award Watch List which is the most prestigious receiving award in the country.

The sophomore from St. Paul, Minnesota, is second on the team in years per game (86.43) and total yards (605), marks that are good for third in the conference. Singer has made two touchdown receptions this season. He has caught 41 passes which is third in the conference and his 14.8 yards per catch is 11th in the Pac-12.

This is the first award watch list for Singer during his collegiate career and he is quickly approaching 1,000 career yards sitting at 906 receiving yards during his time at Arizona. Singer made one touchdown catch last week at Washington, marking his second-career touchdown reception.

Singer posted back-to-back 100-yard games at California on Sept. 24 (8 receptions for 103 yards) and against Colorado on Oct. 1 (9 receptions for 163 yards). He was one yard shy of crossing the 100-yard threshold for the third time this season last Saturday at Washington (6 receptions for 99 yards).

Arizona is back in action with Homecoming against USC on Oct. 29, at Arizona Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Pac-12 Networks.
