PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Sam Fowler, Sr., GK, WASHINGTON (Issaquah, Wash.)

  • MAC Hermann Trophy candidate recorded his second shutout in as many matches this season in No. 23 Washington's 1-0 victory at No. 10 Indiana on Friday.
  • Clean sheet against the top-10 Hoosiers was the 27th of his career - the second-most among active NCAA Division I players, tied for second-most in Pac-12 history and tied for third-most in UW program history.
  • Made six saves, one off his career-best, including five in the second half to lift the Huskies.
  • Made pair of spectacular saves on Tommy Mihalic shots in the 48th and 60th minutes to preserve the shutout.
  • Also named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week.
  • First career weekly award, 53rd all-time for Huskies' program.
