After Record Home Meet, Washington Heads To Oklahoma

The Washington GymDawgs will hit the road again this weekend, heading to the quad meet Perfect 10 Challenge to compete against 1 Oklahoma, 19 Arizona State, and George Washington. This is the second week in a row that Washington has competed against a top-five opponent, coming on the heels of last week's attendance record-shattering home meet against 3 UCLA. Washington saw over 7,000 fans come out to that meet.

Multiple Career Highs For GymDawgs In Front Of Record Crowd

In front of a record crowd of over 7000, the Washington GymDawgs improved on their last two meets, putting up a score of 196.000 at home against the 3 UCLA Bruins. Three GymDawgs; Amara Cunningham, Brenna Brooks, and Geneva Thompson, set new career highs on floor. Maya Washington and Kristyn Hoffa each recorded scores of 9.875 in the meet, both on floor, to lead the team.

Washington-UCLA Meet To Proceed As Scheduled
