Stanford sophomore Katie Ledecky sets the NCAA and American record in the 400-yard individual medley Friday at the 2018 Pac-12 Swimming (W) and Diving (M/W) Championships. Ledecky finished in 3:56.53 and also won the 200-yard freestyle in 1:40.71.
