Pac-12 Networks' Mike Yam has a conversation with Dr. Michelle Craske, the Director of the Anxiety and Depression Research Center at UCLA, to learn how to best cope with the mental health effects of the ongoing pandemic. Dr. Craske says anxiety and depression rates are increasing as Americans across the country are sheltering in place.
