Stanford women's basketball beat Iowa State 87-81 in overtime of the Round of 32 matchup in the 2024 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament at Maples Pavilion on March 24, 2024. Kiki Iriafen scored a career-high 41 points and grabbed 16 rebounds. Brooke Demetre hit a clutch go-ahead three in overtime.
