New Cal coach Justin Wilcox's message to fans: 'We need to make Memorial Stadium an extremely tough place to play'

Cal introduced Justin Wilcox as its new football head coach Tuesday morning, who addressed media with his plan to guide the Bears to success. Wilcox has been coaching since 200 most recently as the defensive coordinator for Wisconsin. He was also defensive coordinator for USC, Washington, Tennessee and Boise State.
