Playing in front of a sell-out crowd in Boulder, Colorado more than held their own against the top team in the country, highlighted by Buffs midfielder Allie Palangi scoring the first goal that Florida State has allowed all year on an assist Jade Babcock-Chi from in the 70th minute. But Colorado had to settle for a close 2-1 loss. The Buffs will next head to Fort Worth where they will take on Texas Christian University on September 2nd.
