'Upholding high standards' has led Oregon football's Mario Cristobal to becoming first Cuban-American head coach at Power 5 school

Pac-12 Networks celebrates LatinX Heritage Month by recognizing first-year Oregon football head coach Mario Cristobal. The Miami native is also the first Cuban-American to be head coach of a Power 5 conference school. Cristobal credits his mother and late father for being "relentless about teaching us and demanding of us that there really is no tolerance for things that don't uphold to high standards of the culture, especially within the walls of Mama Cristobal's house."
