CU Set To Honor 1990 National Championship Team This Weekend

BOULDER - The University of Colorado will welcome back players and coaches from the 1990 National Championship football team at several events this weekend beginning Thursday, Sept. 30 and culminating at the football game against Georgia on Saturday.

The game against Georgia kicks off at 5 p.m. and the team will be recognized at a special halftime presentation.  Very limited tickets are still available, click here to order now.

Fans will have the opportunity to see the members of the team who are in attendance at the Friday night Pearl Street Stampede beginning at 7 p.m. in Downtown Boulder, and on Saturday at Ralphie's Corral before the football game from 3-4 p.m.  The Buffs will be signing autographs at Ralphie's Corral, so don't miss your chance to see former players like Alfred Williams, Jay Leewenburg, Joe Garten and more.  Coach Bill McCartney will also be on hand, as well as other members of the 1990 coaching staff.
